30.04.2023
- 03.05.2023
Resort Lastura, Murve 4, Novalja, Croatia

Join us for a pleasant 4-day spring AROMA-ICE retreat on the Croatian island of Pag.

It is aimed at anyone looking for effective techniques to relieve everyday stress and problems. Away from your home environment, the usual daily routines and in the beautiful sea surroundings, you can make miraculous shifts in your inner self. You will be recharged, meet like-minded people and return to your everyday life renewed.

Stress is the most common cause of illness for modern man. It is much easier to cope with it if you know the right techniques to relax your body and mind. There are many of them and one of them is cold water baths, which have been proven to be an effective method for neutralising stress and strengthening the immune system. Proper breathing techniques are essential for this. The effect can be further enhanced by selected essential oil scenting techniques, which offer a strong yet pleasant support.

At the AROMA-ICE retreat unplugging EMIL LEDENKO will guide you through your first baths in cold sea water. With his extensive experience of cold and ice baths, he will make sure you feel safe and fully prepared for the challenge in the cold sea water. And who knows, maybe one day you’ll decide to take an ice bath based on this experience.

EVA NEDELKO will use her aromatherapy experience to guide you through the labyrinth of connections between aromas and our mysterious inner worlds. You will discover that even the sense of smell can lead to unprecedented changes in your inner self, if you will only allow yourself.

Comments from participants

We have gained wonderful knowledge and experience, we have gone beyond our limiting mind through the breath, we have experienced a cold plunge in cold water. We made new friends and shared knowledge and experiences. See you again some other time. – Lea

Exceptional is the right word, and the experience is superb – Vesna

Everything was great – the cold baths in the sea, the workshops, but I especially enjoyed the excursions. There was no coercion, no unnecessary explanations, just authentic nature and a feeling of safety. – Brigita
