Hyssop plants were grown from seed onward in our aromatics garden. We present it in more detail on the page about the Aromatics Garden. Its flowers glow in royal blue at the beginning of summer, when they also give food to many enthusiastic bee visitors.

In distillation, we used plant flowers and green twig ends. We collected them by hand and carefully placed them in our distiller. We distilled them with pure spring water from below Pohorje mountain.

Hyssop is already known in the Bible as a plant of purification. And indeed, its scent is remarkable, penetrating and cleansing. It clears thoughts and drives away negative mood, so it is wise to have it with you in moments of important decisions.
