Did you know that everything you put on your skin ends up in your bloodstream within 10 minutes?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>

So, of course, it does matter how we choose our cosmetics. With this workshop, we want to remind you of the possibility of living without “cosmetics”. Of course we need skin care, but modern ways of choosing and using cosmetics, often dictated by lack of time and the marketing of the cosmetics industry, are worth serious consideration.<\/p>

The fast pace of everyday life requires us to find quick solutions, even in the field of cosmetics. These are often far away from natural and body-friendly products. That’s why in this workshop we will rediscover forgotten simple approaches to cosmetics<\/strong>, debunk learned myths and learn to take care of our own skin. If you think making creams is too complicated for you, we’ll show you in a simple way that you may not even need creams.<\/p>

Of course, we’ll also be hands-on during the workshop. Alongside the theoretical explanation, you will also make your own cosmetics<\/strong>, all-natural, scented and tailored to your needs. I can say for myself that I am glad I took part in the workshop, I have learnt new things in skin care, I am already using the “toner and cream” I made and I think they are excellent, as well as the mouthwash.
