Peppermint is a spice plant that almost everyone knows. If nothing else, we know its characteristic menthol taste and smell from toothpastes and mouthwashes.<\/p>\n
It requires quite a bit of attention in education. Due to the rapid spread of shallow-growing root shoots both above and below ground, it does not allow inconsistencies, otherwise an untrained hand quickly uproots it. It also teaches us concentration and focus in this way.<\/p>\n
Plant flowers and green twigs were used for distillation. We collected them by hand and carefully placed them in our distiller. We distilled them with pure spring water from below Pohorje.<\/p>\n
