That is why, after four years, we will once again be hosting Marc Valussi, a world-renowned lecturer and authority in the field of herb distillation.<br \/>\nThe purpose of the seminar is to receive or improve your expertise for self-distillation in large-scale production of herbs and other plants.<br \/>\nWe will first look at distillation in theory and then put this knowledge into practice in a practical demonstration.<\/p>\n<p>This seminar is for anyone who is thinking about entering the world of distillation or who already knows something about distillation. At the end of the seminar you will understand:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2013 the steam distillation process in large and small stills,<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 how to choose the right equipment and how to equip even the most complex distilleries,<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 the importance of knowing the parameters of distillation with examples of different plants,<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 how to maintain quality throughout the distillation process,<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 common distillation mistakes and their consequences.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Participants comments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Simon<\/strong><br \/>\nI am currently using a small still, mainly for experimentation and to prepare for the future. This seminar was truly amazing. It showed me so many new aspects, new information, concrete technical orientations. It is already helping me now and I think it will help me in the future, maybe even on a bigger still.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ana<\/strong><br \/>\nIt was a wonderful seminar. I liked the fact that it was held at a professional level but there was still a lot of opportunity for open discussions. I am grateful for all the information I received from all of you!<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u017deljka<\/strong><br \/>\nI am glad I attended this seminar. Not only because of the beautiful environment and the peace that prevails here, but also because of the wealth of quality information that I received. I have gained insight into new starting points that can be used as a basis for further development in the field of distillation in the future.
