We collect laurel manually in the pristine nature of Dalmatia. The plant’s leather leaves reward us with their scent only when we crush them. Therefore prior to the distillation process, it is necessary to cut each leave at least once, otherwise laurel retains its noble content to itself. We cut leaves manually, too. In that way we do not damage the energy balance of the oil. Essential oil content in the plant is 0.5-1.5%. The color is yellowish.
