Dear Sir or Madam!
Against all odds, we are planning our most fragrant workshop on Saturday 22 May (with a repeat on Sunday 23 May if too many people are interested).
The frost may have slowed down the vegetation, but it is in a hurry these days and all indications are that the early roses will be in full bloom by that date.
The organisation of the event is, of course, dictated by the corona, so the workshop will take place mostly outdoors, and partly in small groups indoors.
Above all, we are happy that we will FINALLY be able to meet LIVE, to smell, taste and look each other in the eye, which is not really possible via Zoom.
If you would like to enjoy a day of pleasure on the beautiful estate of Vida Žunko, to get to know the new herb garden, which is now being tended by Eva Nedelko, and above all to experience the full extent of roses, you are welcome to join us.
This time there will be less theory – it will be available to you via the Workshops.zazdravje.net platform.
Workshop course
The workshop will start, just like in the good old days, at 10 am. Before that, we will gather around a common table – this time with Vida’s floral delicacies.
Sanja Lončar will reveal the secrets of edible aromatic flowers, their effects on the body and the many ways to use them. She will also take you through her new herb garden of aromatic plants.
Eva Nedelko will show you how to make rose hydrolate and how to use and store it. We will also talk about some of the other essential oils and hydrolates from plants available in our climate.
Vida Fugina will surprise you with the flavours of flowers she learned about from Jelena de Belder.
Special attention will be paid to roses. The workshop will also be dedicated to the best ways to store different buds and flowers, which you will learn about in person. You can still catch plenty of blooms in bloom, so don’t miss the opportunity.
The price of the full-day experience EUR 60 includes:

Possibility of an overnight stay
If you want to take a little longer break, you can also stay overnight on the property and experience the evening stories by the fire.
The following facilities are available:
– Two double apartments with bathroom (price per person per night including evening programme is EUR 40),
– 15 beds in a shared hall (price per night including evening programme is EUR 25 per person).
